FIRST AND FOREMOST, WE WANT YOU TO KNOW THAT "THE BEST PART OF OUR BUSINESS, IS YOU" We adore all our customers and we always have you in mind first; so we try to put policies in place whereas we all can shop by.

Orders typically process and ship within 24-48 hours and can take 5-10 days to arrive to your destination. Due to the current carrier shipping condition, you can expect delays or longer shipping time and this is out of our control. If you have any issues with your orders, we have open arms and requests that you contact us first via contact us box, website or by email at customerhappiness@royalrichrealty.com.

FOR REFERENCE BASED ONLY, if the processing time for an item purchased is 3-5 days, and the transit time for the shipping method chosen is usually 2-4 days, the estimated delivery date is 5-9 days from the order date.

Orders: You must have an account to place a ROYALRICHREALTY Pickup order. When placing a ROYALRICHREALTY Pickup order, you will be prompted to select a day and time-slot for picking up your order. While it is our goal to have your order ready at the top of your selected pick up window, we cannot guarantee that any or all of your order will be ready then.

PICKUP & DELIVERY:

Terms specific to ROYALRICHREALTY Pickup. NO FEE associated with PICKUP/FEE IS associated with DELIVERY. ROYALRICHREALTY PICKUP ALLOWS USERS TO PLACE AN ORDER ONLINE OR VIA THE PHONE FOR WAREHOUSE PICKUP AT A PARTICIPATING ROYALRICHREALTY WAREHOUSES.

Delivery: During your checkout, you will have options to schedule the available desire time slot of your liking. At time this, you'll will instantly and digitally receive confirmation of your selected time slot reserved. If any delays or changes occurs on our behalf; then will you notify you via phone or email. If you need to make any changes, please call or email us immediately to confirm other options (preferably within an hour of your schedule time slot).

Pickup:  There will be specific meeting instructions given to you to retrieve your items ordered. Please follow the instructions carefully to avoid any unnecessary confusion as for the correct location and tap the “I’m Ready” button in the App or click “I’m Ready” on the website to learn the location of your Pickup order. Have your QR code ready for a store associate to scan should you need any assistance (only if QR code is available and provided).

Cancellations:  After placing your order, you will have thirty (30) minutes to cancel your order. You will not be able to modify your order after placement. We reserve the right to cancel your order at any time, due to any unforeseen circumstances such as but not limited to store capacity, inability to fulfill your order in a satisfactory manner, power outages, etc.
